1. Custom and Bulk Orders
All orders placed with Apna Defence are custom or bulk in nature, produced or sourced specifically for each client. As such, refunds are not available as standard once production or sourcing has begun.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
— Product delivered is significantly different from the agreed specification
— Product is damaged upon delivery due to our packaging or handling
— Order was cancelled before production or sourcing commenced
3. Process
To raise a refund or replacement request, contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or phone. Provide photographs of the product and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.
4. GEM Portal Orders
Refunds for orders placed through the GEM portal are subject to GEM's dispute resolution process in addition to this policy.
